Latlonix (“we”, “us”) designs and sells personalized embroidered gifts made to order in our studio. Our website is operated by the Latlonix team and serves customers worldwide, except the European Union.
2. Products & Customization
- Products are made to order based on the personalization details you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of spelling and details you enter.
- Product colors may vary slightly between screens and real life.
- Customized items are final sale, except where an item is damaged, defective, or made incorrectly by us. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout. Your payment information is processed by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.
- Shipping is free on all orders. Any rare customs duties or taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if an error in pricing or product information occurs. You may cancel or change an order within 24 hours of purchase; after production begins, orders cannot be changed.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Delivery timelines are estimates described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier-provided destination address. If a package is lost, our Refund & Returns Policy applies.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content — designs, text, logos, and product photography — belongs to Latlonix and may not be reproduced without written permission. You retain ownership of the personalization text you submit and grant us the right to use it solely to produce your order.
7. Accounts & Reviews
You agree to provide accurate information when ordering. Product reviews are limited to verified customers who have purchased the reviewed product and must comply with our community standards: no spam, no abusive content, no misrepresentation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latlonix’s total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
