Every piece in our shop is made to be yours: corduroy and waffle makeup bags, seersucker cosmetic pouches and stand-up bags, drawstring travel pouches, ruffle overnight and duffle bags, and kids’ ruffle backpacks for daycare and school. Choose your style and color, add a name, initials, or your own design, and we embroider it just for you.
How do I customize my bag with a name or design?
Pick your bag in the shop, choose the color, then enter the name or initials (or upload your design) in the personalization options on the product page. If you are not sure what will look best, message us through the Contact Us page and we will happily help you design a gift she will treasure.
What are your bags made of? Are they durable?
We craft our bags from premium materials — 280GSM CloudWaffle fabric, soft corduroy, crinkle seersucker, and jacquard cotton — finished with tight, delicate embroidery stitching that resists fraying and fading in everyday use. Every custom bag is quality-checked by hand before it is shipped to you.
How do I care for my embroidered bag?
To keep your embroidery looking new, hand wash the embroidered area or simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth, then let it air dry. Avoid bleach, high-heat drying, and ironing directly on the stitching. Treat it gently and your personalized bag will stay beautiful for years.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because every item is embroidered just for you, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. If you spot a typo or need a change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before stitching starts. And if we ever embroider something wrong on our side, we will remake it for you — no questions asked.
