At Latlonix, every order matters. Here is exactly what happens after you place your order — no surprises.
Order Processing
- Every item is embroidered to order in our studio.
- Orders are prepared and handed to our shipping carrier within 2 business days of purchase. If anything delays your order, we will notify you by email right away.
Shipping & Delivery
- Free tracked shipping on every order — no minimum, no hidden fees. South America orders add a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout.
- We currently ship worldwide, except the European Union.
- Typical transit time is 8–15 business days for the United States; other destinations may take somewhat longer.
- Overall estimate: 10–17 business days from the day you order. During peak seasons (holidays) it may take slightly longer. South America: 15–35 business days via our dedicated line, calculated at checkout.
- Every shipment includes a tracking number.
Order Tracking
Track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email. You will also find the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Duties & Taxes
Because we ship directly from our studio to you, most orders arrive without additional charges. Any rare import duties or taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed or missing, contact us within 60 days of purchase via our contact page with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if it is lost, we will replace your item or refund you in full.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update the address within 24 hours of ordering — after production begins we cannot reroute the package. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
