Personalized items are final sale because they are made just for you. Anything that arrives damaged, defective or embroidered incorrectly is always replaced or refunded free of charge - send us a photo within 14 days of delivery.

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Air dry or tumble dry low, and never iron directly on the embroidery.
